Dr. Wong
Dr. Wong’s interest in veterinary medicine was sparked by a childhood in Iowa surrounded by all sorts of animals, ranging from dogs and cats to pigs and horses. She received her undergraduate degree at UCB and returned to Iowa for her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. After veterinary school, she couldn’t resist the wonderful weather and good food and returned to California.
Since moving to California, she has practiced small animal veterinary medicine in Northern California, first in San Mateo and then in San Francisco before moving to Contra Costa County almost 15 years ago to raise her family. She is the proud parent of two children and an aging but still vibrant Australian Cattle Dog. When not practicing veterinary medicine, she enjoys her family, travel, gardening and eating out.
